8 Easy, No-Bake Keto Desserts To Try Right Now
Though I’m not the biggest fan of the ketogenic diet all the way around (I’ll get into that later maybe), when I tried it for a few months I did find some things about it that I loved. Taking what you want and leave the rest has always been a mantra of mine. Doing that with the ketogenic diet is no different!
If you don’t know what the keto diet is, it’s basically a way of eating that reduces carbs to an absolute minimum, while focusing on protein and healthy fat for the majority of your daily calories. The jury is out on whether the ketogenic diet is any good for you, but those who go for it tend to be very passionate about its benefits.
What I struggled with in particular is with the reduction of carbs, some irrational things were off-limits. Things that really are healthy, like oatmeal, brown rice, and even most fruit. FRUIT! What?!
You hear time and time again with respect to dieting to use fruit as your go-to for sweet cravings. So what do you do when you’re eliminating ALL your carbs and your sweet-tooth is speaking at high-volume?
You eat keto desserts!
Today I want to share with you some of my all-time-favorite no-bake keto desserts.
Why no bake? Because simplicity. And time. Also, right now it’s the dead of summer and it’s hot as hell.
Yes, all these desserts are completely no-bake. Enjoy!
