Set a laundry basket, bucket, or cardboard box several feet away from the throwing line.

Divide everyone into teams and ask a mix of easy and difficult football trivia questions.

Fold several paper footballs and create a goalpost using two cups, straws or another player’s hands.
Players have one minute to flick as many footballs through the goalpost as possible. One point is awarded for every successful field goal.

7. Don’t Say “Touchdown”
Choose one football-related word that nobody is allowed to say during the party.
“Touchdown,” “football” and the name of the home team all work well. Anyone caught saying the forbidden word must complete a funny penalty, such as performing a touchdown dance or doing a lap around the couch.
